We learnt different breathing techniques, sectional breathing, type of Pranayamas, Mudras and few Asanas too. Dr Jyotsna communicates very well, gives a detailed introduction to the various breathing techniques, followed by the practice sessions. Her attention to whether all the participants are following the practice correctly makes you feel very comfortable and active in all the sessions. Around 200-300 people actively participated in the Corporate Yoga training from across various locations all over India. Despite the challenges of an online training with such a large group, she ensured most of us engaged in the session.
